  This is a mixed review , the young fellow that came out to work on our oil furnace was great. He was knowledgeable, and quick ( Mike ) The problem i have is 25$ truck fee ? On top of 98$ an hour travel time. So your basicly paying someone 100$ an hour to sit and drink coffee. I live in North Saanich so if I had been told that the clock started when they left the shop I would have had the option to contact a local company. The job that was done was done well though.

  I had a heat pump installed by Accutemp and I couldn't be any more happy with the installation and the customer service. Highly recommend this company!

  When the technician arrived, he started by checking the furnace even though our thermostat tells you what the problem is ("service air handler"). After he spent enough time with the furnace in the basement, he moved to the air handler in the backyard. Checking the motor probably takes one minute using the test meter he had with him but after half an hour we were told the motor was burnt out and would need a new one. He then spent 45 minutes calling around for a replacement motor and waiting for a call back on a price (not our request) He could have left and called us back with the information. After time spent (wasted), travel time charged and vehicle fee charge of $25(??)...$283 for a simple service call. Would NOT recommend!
