    Lived there for about a year and a half with no major complaints. Buildings are a little old, but there has been some work done (new roof, painting, etc.) Management is responsive and gives a lot of prior notice before entering your apartment or before major work projects. My only suggestion would be security cameras or signage in the parking lot, as there has been some car windows smashed. Overall though, it is a clean, safe, and well-managed property that's really good for students or younger people.

    I have lived in this apartment since 2012. Every time there was an issue and a service was needed, the maintenance staff addressed it promptly. It is a great place to stay. Big windows and lot of light. Just walking distance from Freshco, bus route 12 and 14. Both St Laurent and Rideau center malls are close by. Amenities are good. Quickie, Pizza Pizza are also very near. I have recently moved to 401 Carmen, again managed by the CLV group. I love the partnership so far and would like to continue for a long time. Special Thanks to Daphne and Lise who have helped me with the transfer process in the most efficient way possible.

    Stayed there for about a year and really have no complaints. Every time I had any problem it was dealt with in a reasonable amount of time. The location is great and never felt unsafe. They have"pizza day" during the summer (free pizza for tenants!) too.

    Heat has not been turned on after 6 days of nightly temperatures being at or below 0 degree; multiple maintenance requests have been made. Called the emergency hotline to be told they would send someone right away.....to only get a call from that person explaining that they are on the south side of the city and "it would take too long" for him to get here so he can put in a request for whomever shows up at my complex at AROUND 6am (these 6am people are the ones who we requested to before). If you are going to advertise 24/7 maintenance assistance may be as a company you should offer it or find employees that want to do their jobs.

    My experience with CLV Group was great! When I inquired about the place I got a reply fast and was able to see the apartment fast as well. Thomas was the one I dealt with and he is great at his job! He's very informative and covered everything during the viewing so that I didn't even have any questions to ask. The price of the apartment was the best out of all the viewings I had. This was my second viewing of the day but out of all the other places I saw, I couldn't stop thinking about this place and how clean and nice it was. Everyone has to go through a criminal record check that lives there too so thats comforting. I finally just cancelled the rest of my viewings that day and told Thomas I wanted the place. I knew it would go fast if I didn't. I had 48 hours to get all the information they needed which was a good amount of time. The processed my application quickly and I got approved. So excited to move in!! ps they allow pets which is absolutely amazing!!!!!
