  System could be better. But all in all an ok experience. Parking trucks is an issue. Its chaos.

  Staff (manager) is so unprofessional and my mother's locker was infested with rats/mice.

  This place is crawling with cockroaches. I saw one on the exit door the first day I moved my stuff in there. I brought it to their attention and they didn't do anything about it. I saw a second one a few days later and decided i was moving my stuff out of there. I called the manager yesterday to cancel and told him about the roaches. He denied it, was rude to me and refused to refund me a penny for the month I paid for and I was only there for a week.
