  Very friendly and accommodating staff. They went above and beyond for my anniversary - providing coffee, wine (non-alcoholic), and even a slice of delicious cake for me and my partner. The lounge/coffee area is warm and inviting, while the entire back salon is painted like you are in the clouds. The owner went out of her way to make our experience there quite pleasant.

  Friendly atmosphere and friendly people! It's the perfect place to relax plus the coffee shop in the front makes the best iced coffee!!! Best spa in Thunder Bay no doubt!

  First experience there was for Couples message. My boyfriend and I both agreed that the massages weren't that right and had experienced better massages else where. The massage left like a light rub instead of really getting into the muscles. Second experience I got my eyebrows done which I think they do a good job on although it's quite simple anyways I'll give that to them. Third experience same girl who did was massage, eyebrows and is now doing my eyelash extensions did a terrible job on them which ended up costing me 117$ I left the spa upset as some lashes were put on wrong/upside down and just didn't look complete. She said they'd be on for a week or two well 3 days pass and one eye completely had no lashes on it while the other had random lashes. I called to let her know and she said she can fix it although she sounded hesitated. Day came to get them fixed which was 5 days after I called and said what was wrong. I tried to call twice to ask if I can reschedule for the next day as I had other things to get done that day no one answered. So I showed up to the spa showed her the lashes and after she seen how I'd pretty much need a full new set she didn't want to re-do them. I tried to nicely explain that she didn't do a good job but her rely was " well I already did them" I ended up walking out super mad and feeling ripped off. Anyways do not get your lashes done there anything else was fine though
