  I order by phone from the Chelsea hotel , ordered the pulled pork nachos and the arugula salad. I walked 1km to get there and they still weren’t ready even though they said it would only take 10 min. They didn’t have enough change so apologized for shorting me I ended up paying $50. I walked back to the hotel only to find there was no pulled pork for the nachos, no fork for the salad and no receipt in the bag. When I called the manager he said the best he could do was give me a $5 credit for the missing pulled pork. I walked 2 km and payed $50 for a salad and cheese chips!!!! He already owes me my change and wouldn’t even refund these $26 cheese chips! I told him I was going to walk down there again and he said if I did he’d call the cops on me. That’s unacceptable!

  Needs more vegetarian and vegan options. Pretty much the only vegan food option is pasta with tomato sauce, which tastes okay, but not worth it. HOWEVER, I totally recommend coming for coffee! The atmosphere on the top floor indoor patio is adorable, and they have soy milk as their non-dairy alternative. The coffee is really good and the ambience makes it worth a visit.

  If I could give this place a 1 star - I would! Been to several restaurants in Toronto and am a big foodie! Never thought someone would ask me to pay a "FEE" for bringing in a birthday cake on my birthday!! Poor customer service - the Manager was very rude and instead of being polite, he kept arguing! Beware they charge $25 for bringing your own cake - apparently its in their policy guide and NOT THEIR MENU! Would be helpful if it was a bit more evident!

  Somewhat overpriced for the quality of food. We ordered the pesto pollo pasta and pulled pork sandwich with fries. Pesto sauce tasted like it came straight out of a jar, I did not like it at all. Pulled pork sandwich was dry and could use more BBQ sauce or mayo at least, it was just meat and bread. Got charged an extra $1 for a few sliced pickles.. It's good that they're 24/7 but I wouldn't come back unless there was nothing better to eat in the area. Desserts looked good in the display but we didn't try any.

  Great food, amazing place. This restaurant has 3 different levels and one open patio in the 3rd floor. The have good food and good mix of drinks. The red velvet cake is a must! They also have Uber eats. The best part is that this place is open 365 days, that’s right it never closes!! I highly recommend this place. Parking is an issue but it’s not too hard to find street parking.
