  Went in this morning for Coffee, was not greeted and there was no coffee at all, nothing, I usually drink decaf but would have taken anything else, walked out and went to Tim's, disappointing.

  Staff is good and nice in serving but food was just Okay.

  I tried ordering chicken strips from Patel, but she doesn't speak or understand any English. She left the till for 5 minutes to try and find a translator, and the people in line behind me got fed up and left. Why would you let her work the till alone if she needs a translator?

  Ignorant staff food that reeks (nothing u wouldn't expect) old gross pastries would not return

  We had the chicken and wedges to go, the entire order was cold AND undercooked. We waited a long time for this. We also went for a fountain drink and the machines were absolutely disgusting. They have not been cleaned in a very very very long time! I'm talking filth and grime, not your usual wipe down, that I can handle. I pointed out the uncleanliness to the owner and he understood what I was saying, at least I think so. He said that he would clean it. The people who operate this 7-11 are very nice people, that is why my rating is a 2.
