  Parts Counter: Friendly & knowledgeable staff took the time to ensure I was getting the correct information. During my brief visit, everything I set out to accomplish was completed, despite a slightly complex issue. "Full Service" dealership offered free coffee & tea in the waiting area and the ladies at reception were very courteous & willing to help me with a quick request I had regarding the local area, once I was done at the parts counter. One of my immediate family members bought their Nissan Sentra from this location and have nothing but good things to say about the dealership & purchasing experience. Great location, just off the Hwy 417 Innes off-ramp. Would definitely recommend to friends & family!

  Dangerous drivers, unresponsive management. I was just about hit by a 417 company vehicle in a parking lot by a company driver who was driving very aggressively. The driver was angrily circling the parking lot, blocking other parked cars because the van was too big (and he was presumably waiting to pick up a customer). He came around the corner fast and at a sharp angle, and I had to honk so he wouldn't ram into me. I asked what was going on and he said, "I'm trying to drive, MOVE YOUR CAR". I called management to report, and they never called back. If this is how they act in marked vehicles, imagine how they treat your car!!

  Only dealership that bent over backwards to sell us a car. Most other places just told us to come back when we were finished looking around. The sales manager took extra care to come out and meet us and let us know he wanted our business. We left feeling appreciated at Nissan as compared to other leading brand. The funny thing was that Nissan wasn't even in our top three choices. However, we did buy a car from Kevin who did an oustanding job explaining all the features of the vehicle to my wife ( her car). Good people. Will look forward to seeing how the service department works.
