  I purchased a cell phone there once and they had me in the store for over 2 hours (evening, no other customers), because they did not know what they were doing with cell phone company. Their electronics selection is much better than Best Buy.

  We had a problem with our control for the tv we had purchased. Staff were very helpful and went the extra mile to help us understand what to do, even making a house call to make sure everything was working. We highly recommend the friendly and highly skilled people at this store.

  Jamie is great sale rep. Extremely knowledgeable and no pressure on buying or upselling. He worked with us to find out our needs and then recommend stuff within our budget and our living space.
