  PSA- if you want a dining table JUST for look, and don't intend to use it, go to structube. You'll pay WAY less for the same style and quality. I feel like I've been slapped in the face for supporting a local business. My dining table looks like it's been through hell and back and it's only a year old. For a couple who eats out more often than not this is unacceptable. The customer service lacking big time, in store and via head office.

  If you are considering buying a dining table from Zone, I implore you to go elsewhere. We bought specifically the Mix dining table, and it is terrible quality. For a dining table, the tabletop is FAR too sensitive. We had a table runner on top of it, and we set a warm pizza box on the table runner and it still left a light stain exactly where the pizza had sat. You could see the definition of each pizza slice on the tabletop for months. It also scratches extremely easily. If you will be using this table at all for its intended purpose, you will be forever disappointed. It looks nice, but has absolutely zero durability. Customers should also be wary of the fact that Zone does not allow any customer reviews on their website for products sold, nor do they add any type of description on their product listings suggesting the overly sensitive nature of their wares. This is all on top of the fact that we had an absolutely terrible in-store customer experience when we initially purchased the table. When we brought this up with customer service, no apology was offered, they simply said, you will be happy to know that employee is no longer with Zone. Unfortunately Zone do not stand behind the product they sell, and offer very lacklustre customer service. I tried to resolve this directly with Zone prior to writing this review, but they refused to do anything about it. I highly recommend shopping elsewhere.

  By far my wife's favorite place to shop for household items. It's amazing the things people think of... And they all seem to be at this location!

  Nice stuff but really unfriendly service. They don't make you feel welcome at all. They looked at me and my husband up and down like we didn't belong in the store when we walked in and even when we were purchasing, the cashier was unfriendly and very curt with us, like he had more important clients to deal with.
