  Best bubble tea around! They have popping bubbles and tapioca :)

  Long waits would be acceptable if the food and bubble tea were worth it. Cold vietnamese sub with little to no topping and meat, watery bubble tea with hardly any pearls. Strongly recommend checking out some of the other places in the city and avoiding this place!
