  Terry and Haleh have been exceptional from the beginning. My fiancee got the custom ring made at !Xam, which I cannot ask for such a beautiful handcrafted diamond and ring. I decided to surprise my fiance with a custom necklace of a map of where we met as a thank you, as he as well deserves something special. Terry and Haleh helped me surprise my fiance with the necklace and took it to the next level by providing a-class service! Can't wait until we go in to pick our wedding rings!

  I called for a simple bracelet repair and felt welcomed right from the start. It was as though I had known them for a long time and was made to feel like a real valued customer. I will definitely go back for any future jewelry repair or purchases. A true example of what customer service should be.

  Fantastic wedding ring experience from beginning to end. I contacted over 10 jewellers in Toronto and !Xam Diamonds provided superior value, responded promptly to emails and also ethically sources their diamonds. They are also conveniently located in the downtown core. My wedding band was designed and crafted beautifully. Thank you so much to Haleh and Terry who provided me a seamless experience and wedding band I am absolutely in love.

  I went in for a repair on my engagement ring and it was a great experience. The team was very knowledgeable and helpful. My friend who tagged along said that she'd come here to get her ring in the future as well. Definitely recommend!

  Came in for an engagement ring in August 2017, Terry, Amber, Haleh and Chris were very professional, courteous and provided superior customer service. The diamond selection is of high quality and Terry provides good advice to somebody that's a novice in the jewelry market. Terry's team provides updates and is open for any questions and suggestions whatever time of the day. Overall, the experience of selecting the diamond, designing and finishing the ring is great and exceeded my expectations.
