I work in the industry and typically have low expectations. However, Mohammed (Moe) was phenomenal, he was straight to the point, punctual, and efficient. I'd highly recommend their services (Brake pads, rotors, and calipers on 2013 Wrangler).

Wrench patrol was good about listening to my concerns with the service I received. They did a good job at quickly resolving the issue later that day. Mechanic was friendly and although I was originally disappointed, Wrench Patrol quickly resolved the issue free of charge.

Awesome!! A.) The Mek, Mo, showed up early. B.) He was polite, to the point, straight to fixin'. C.) Completed the job early, efficiently, and very clean. D.) The job was done perfectly, and my car was treated respectfully. Tested my vehicle the following day(today), works like it should. Setting up the fix was simple. Joey(Customer Service) was organized and effective. He setup the soonest possible fix and paid caution to my location and Underground Parking Restrictions. Pricing was cheaper than anywhere else, mobile or InShop. Trust me, I checked thoroughly. No hidden charges, or wrong diagnosis. All in all, GREAT! 6 out 5 Stars. Probably won't go to a shop again. Thanks WrenchPatrol & InstaMek.

Booked a pre-inspection for the next day but they actually ended up going early and doing it the same day I booked which was amazing. Thorough inspection, really helped with my decision to purchase.

I'm really impressed with Wrench Patrol and their professionalism, skill and pricing. Can't say enough good things about them. My mechanic was Mohammed (Mo), and he helped replace the car battery for my 2004 Mercedes S430 sitting in my garage, and was also able to fix the alarm siren problem. I had called up Canadian Tire previously as they were better known, but Canadian Tire battery and labour prices were even more expensive, didn't come to you AND they weren't available until a week later! Mo was able to come in within a few hours, and definitely was a life-saver, especially as it started snowing the night he worked on my car which I had an appointment to change winter tires for the next day so I needed their help urgently. Will definitely recommend to family and friends, thanks Mo!
