  I added two lines to my account the other day and the service I received from Jordan was amazing. Jordan is personable, friendly and extremely good at what he does. You simply do not find customer service like this anymore. Jordan went out of his way to ensure I left the store with exactly what I wanted. He went over the charges on my next bill with me to ensure I would not be shocked by the higher bill. You get the sense that Jordan enjoys what he does and takes pride in his job. I definitely recommend anyone looking for a phone visit Jordan at WOW! Mobile.

  These guys have some of the most exemplary customer service I've ever had. Brandon went out of his way to make sure I got the best plan and phone based on my needs, and he is a credit to his employer. Justin deserves an honourable mention for the witty banter. Keep up the good work, guys.

  This is for Brandon D an amazing salesmen and excellent customer service was very good in making sure we understood the phone and plan we got and 100% satisfied with our new phone I highly recommend everyone to wow mobile because of him I'll be sure to spread the word of wow mobile cause he made the experience enjoyable and funny best cell service I ever received excellent job Brandon D keep it the stellar work I now have a galaxy A5 and my girlfriend now has iPhone 6 and we are both very happy with our phones and the service we received from Brandon he makes the trip to a phone store worth the trip
