  I've been going here for a few weeks now and the staff are really nice and always been able to answer my questions. The floors and appearance of everything has always been clean and nice whenever I'm there and I've never had to wait so I could use any of the machines. The only downside is they close early on weekends and aren't open 24 hours.

  One year after cancelling properly (had to make an appointment), got a call from collections owing $150. Never heard anything from world health. I would avoid signing any contract here, they have a reputation for this.

  This place reeks of sweat + whatever they use to clean it, every time I walk by. It is the equivalent of an eye-sore in the mall. I actually take longer detours to avoid walking by. They should be sending Sportchek a cheque every month for lost business.

  I came into Edmonton for a weekend from the states and did a couple drop in sessions with one personal training session! The staff was all friendly and accommodating! The trainer was very knowledgeable and challenging in the best way possible! I’d highly recommend checking out this gym!

  As far as gyms in the downtown core go - this location has been my favorite. The gym itself and equipment placement has a good flow. Free classes during lunch hours and throughout the week.There is a steam room and towel service. Showers are clean and they also have razors, hair spray, lotion etc available to freshen up post work out. They even have massage therapists, chiropractors and PT periodically on site. All in all a good experience working out here.
