  Francine was just a delight to deal with along with the rest of the staff.She was very accommodating, and patient as i changed my choice of vehicle a couple of times. Doesn't hurt that they sell a great product.

  Took my car in with a shifting issue. They charged me $128 for a diagnosis and told me my transmission was dying and needed to be replaced (an $1800) fix. I got a second opinion from a local mechanic, found out the issue was unrelated to my (fully functioning) transmission and was really a quick, cheap fix. DO NOT BELIEVE THE DIAGNOSIS OF THE MECHANICS AT HONDA They misdiagnosed my car and almost cost me two grand.

  Love love love my new Civic, and so enjoyed and appreciated the excellent service from Jim, Jasmin and Dave who were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Can’t recommend them highly enough. (And always a pleasure to see Jeff.) A seamless and stress-free transition from my old Civic to my new one.

  I went for my car maintainance and the guy who dealt with me has a great customer service skills. His name is “CHRIS” . He is a good guy who know what the customer needs and he can do his best of best to help the customer for sure. Awesome experience on my last visit November 27 2017.

  All the people we dealt with at this dealership were very helpful and answered all our questions. At no time did we feel the pressure to buy a vehicle. Gordon Foulds was extremely helpful in helping us select the CR-V model that would meet our needs. Jasmine was very helpful in guiding us through the various options available and setting up the financing. Ben gave us needed information prior to our session with Jasmine and made us feel at home. Everyone went out of their way to help make our experience of buying a new vehicle a pleasant one. We love our new Honda CR-V!
