  I bought a Jeans for my daughter at WEM location, it did not fit. I asked my husband to return it to city centre location, because my husband's workplace is very close to there. I have only kept the Jeans in my hand for two days. When I husband tried to return it, the cashier first asked the reason for retuning. She then checked the tag and mentioned the Jeans has been worn. My husband said the Jeans was new with all manufacturer tags on. My husband asked her to call the manager, the cashier then said it looked like the Jeans was the same one I bought from Winners. The cashier then brought the black mobile machine to check the item. Actually, the cashier did not really want to return the item. The supervisor asked my husband to return the Jeans on January. Finally, my husband found the same items from Winners City Center location. The cashier then had nothing to say. The cashier finally returned the Jeans. During the whole visit, none of the them said an apologize to my husband. Later, I got a fact that the city centre location tried to keep the December Sales on the top. They tried to prevent customers to return in their location.

  Reasonable clothing items are found here sometimes. However, always a good chnace that you may end up buying used item as people do a lot of returns

  OK place. Used to have many brand name items but now has many cheap bags and shoes. No privacy. Was asked for ID once when buying lingerie. Was TOLD I look pregnant as I haven't been there in months. No - I lost weight in all sorts of places but gained some around the waist. I won't be back.
