  It’s pretty disappointing. They owner cancelled my appointment three times an hour before the appointment each time claiming that she is sick for all three times and then told me that they would give me a free appointment to compensate but they never followed up with their promise when I try to book an appointment with them. Will not come back again.

  I've had 2 difference treatments from Krissy, and will continue to support her business. She is kind, informative, and very professional. I was utterly terrified to being the tattoo removal process and while I can't exactly say it was an enjoyable experience (to be expected), I am grateful I went to Windfall for this treatment. Krissy is clearly compassionate and skilled at her craft.

  Facial was great value. Krissy was very welcoming and helpful. Not just an in and out spa, you can tell they care about the customers. Would definitely return!

  Had an excellent experience! Room was quiet, clean, organized and had the best machines. Going back for other services and would recommend to others. Great appointment reminders by text.
