Lots of selection. Good produce. Large cosmetics department. More fair trade craft items than the Mississauga store. Coffee is decent and they don't run out of muffins and danishes as quickly as other stores. Two seating areas in the store, one with CP24 on TV. Interesting people-watching, too.

Expensive! Expensive! Fish and meat looked and smelled horrible...vegetables ok... but Expensive! One trip here really makes me appreciate Costco...this place is for those who do not expect fresh food from a grocery store? Rather they just use it to buy cooked food...which is a good trick for these stores to get rid of the food they would normally have to throw out! I only needed 1 trip to this store to realize I will never comeback! Amazon should start sending secret shoppers to these places! staff are friendly but thatโ€™s not the reason I came here? At these prices they should cook it and serve you...something about these places? ...bought $200 worth of fish when I got home opened the wrappers and almost threw up? Fish was bad? Wouldnโ€™t it be great if they actually sold fresh products? At these prices...they can afford to? Amazon should change the culture of keeping stock until it sells?

Hideously overpriced. And very odd policies. I usually go for Salad there, but the seafood section caught my eye. The supposedly "fresh" shrimp was dripping in water by the time I had got it home. Some staff are inexperienced and I'm just at the tip of the iceberg. I was blacklisted from whole foods, for forgetting to pay for some sushi. They have a very strict anti-shoplifting policy, one strike and you're out. No matter what the circumstances the security snaps a picture of you, escorts you to the manager's office, and either calls the police AND bans you, or just bans you. Won't be back, even if I could go back.

The store is located in the heart of Toronto. Yorkville would not normally be where I go to shop for groceries. This chain has good quality cheese and meats. The prepared cook foods are also nutritious and reasonable priced when factoring for your time to make it. Parking is reserved for customers in Hazelton Lanes P3 level and the store can validate your parking for up to 90 minutes. Staff is knowledgeable.

The people at this Whole Foods store are wonderful, kind and helpful. Although they are great on a regular basis, this evening I had misplaced my wallet, and they waited until after closing for me to return home and come back with it. They then helped me repack my bags with the refrigerated foods that they kept cool while I was gone. How great is that? Thank you so much. :-)
