  I ordered a gift from my friend's registry on West Coast Kids and selected for it to be shipped to my friend's home address. After UPS failed to deliver it to my friend's home address, it was automatically shipped back to the West Coast Kids warehouse in Winnipeg. I was very disappointed as I had no idea what was happening to the gift and had to follow up with customer service weeks later. I would have preferred if customer service had contacted me before shipping it back to the warehouse or better yet, shipped it to the store instead. What I was left with was a gift that was never delivered and a shipping fee that was deducted from my refund! I will not be ordering online from them again.

  My wife was in an accident last night and the emergency crew informed us that our 3 car seats have been compromised. We needed 3 new seats and our first stop was West Coast Kids. All 5 of us went into their store and I kid you not, 3 people at the front counter and not one person said Hi or anything. Went to the car seat section, which was at the back of the store, passed 2 other employees and nothing. One lady came out of the back room and gave us a dirty look and kept walking. Never did anyone come to assist us so we decided to go to Kacz Kids. As we passed the front counter on our way out, same thing. Well, as we walked into Kacz Kids, there was one lady at the counter and greeted us with a smile. She paged someone to assist us after she asked if we needed a hand. We had met a guy in the car seat section, which was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Then an older gentleman came to relieve him and he was absolutely amazing. $1000 later we walked out of that store with greater knowledge and excellent new seats. The owner of the store was very appreciative for our business. Everyone to Kacz Kids!

  I wish there was an option for zero stars. We have bought several big ticket items from them, car seats, cribs, strollers....Their customer service has never been good, they have little knowledge of the products and do not care about their customers. We recently bought a pack and play, took it home and had a difficult time setting it up. We took it back and tried to return it the next day and they would not accept it because the store manager said there was a stain on it which was actually lint that we blew off in the store. She would still not take it back and we had it less than 24 hours. The store manager is a thief and liar. I will never go back and would not recommend purchasing anything from this store they are rude and nightmare to deal with.

  We have been in many times and the staff have been amazing. Answering all of our questions and showing us how the to use all of the products. Will be back, we really appreciate all of the knowledge and professionalism.

  We came here looking for a nursery chair and Karen was so helpful and knowledgeable. She was patient as we debated between two models. We came back the next day and purchased the chair because we were so pleased with her service. She didn’t pressure us or anything. When we came back we took some more time to look at other things in the store. Karen and Sophie both helped us with picking out a monitor. They were fantastic. So many great things in this store. We came all the way from Saskatchewan and it was well worth the trip. We will be back!
