  The kids love it!!! Great place for the kids to experience martial arts, great atmosphere, and they make you feel at home!!

  Out of all the fitness classes I have been to, the kick boxing class is by far the best workout I have ever had! Chris, the owner, works with you at whatever level your at to maximize results while avoiding injury. You won't regret trying it out.

  This place has been my zen. It has provided structure and displine in obtaining and keeping at my fitness goals. The atmosphere is supportive and friendly. Chris Is an amazing teacher/instructure and makes sure everyone is getting something out of every class; he aids in us challenging our selfs to be better and stronger every day. One of the best places to be a part of in this town.

  I can't get enough. Love every class I've taken. Real professional and friendly. Easy to get along with. Classes are perfect for anyone who wants to learn whether you have experience or not. I give this school 5/5 stars and my stamp of approval.👍👍🇨🇦🇨🇦😀😀

  Fantastic school. Sensai aka Christopher Welsh is an awesome guy who treats everyone who comes in with the same respect you treat him with. I watch my husband during his classes. Theres lots of laughs that go around. And i can bring my kids to watch their dad. The last year has been a very intersting one. And the relationship my family have gained with him and his wife are something worth while. Very fair on his prices which is better then other classes you can take.
