  Excellent customer service. They email the day before to advise of an upcoming application which is helpful if I want to cut the lawn, pick up dog waste etc before they come. They're also great about coming back if it rains shortly after an application. I wish they offered power raking services and full spring/fall clean up so I could use them for all my lawn care needs.

  Last year 2016 - My lawn was awful with dandelions - Although I had paid for a lawn maintenance program - the change in government pesticide allowance did not help. In 2017 - I changed to Weed Man - After explaining my last year's problems - they assured me I would be satisfied and I am. The secret was actually to call them back to re-spray the lawn. They assured me they would respray as often as required - They did and my lawn right now - never looked so healthy - Congratulations on a job well done and thank you - I would recommend their services to anyone - especially to people not satisfied with their current provider.

  We have been using Weedman for 5+ years now with no complaints. They are very knowledgeable and provide an excellent service for a reasonable price. Great product and good service. Well done!!!

  I called into this business after receiving a flyer in the mail. I had used their services before as well. I wanted to clarify services offered and pricing. The representative I spoke with informed that they did not spray the key areas I was calling about, and therefore decided not to proceed with the services. At no time during this conversation, did I confirm the order. I was on vacation, at which time the services were performed without my knowledge, while I was away. I had limited access to email while away (as I was in Europe), and was surprised to see an invoice for services performed in my email. When I sent back an email indicating that I did not authorize these services, I received an email back from the person I spoke with (Justin), who informed me he was very clear when booking an order and confirms, multiple times (which was not the case with our conversation). In the same email, he indicated we spoke in June, however our conversation was in July. Once I got back home, I called the Winnipeg office to see if we could clear this up, and explain the situation. It was at this point I was informed that Justin is very thorough and has been there for 5 years and does not make mistakes? I was also told I ordered these services and had 10 days to pay, or I would be sent to collections. I asked if they had anything in writing or recorded, and they do not. Had they offered the services I had called to inquire about, I would absolutely have paid, however that was not the case. Be very careful when speaking with this company, as you may end up receiving services, you have not ordered and be threatened to pay, like i have. *Update Aug 2017* This business contacted me via email, offering their services (stating that they wanted me back). The deal was actually pretty decent, and I am all about giving second chances, so I decided to check more into it. Everything sounded good, and I was ready to give them another shot...that was until it was brought to my attention that in their system, it still showed I owed them money. Further, I was informed that the outstanding amount would need to be paid, before proceeding, really??!!. I was flabbergasted. It is literally in writing from the owner (on the BBB website), that this has been written off, and there was nothing left owing. I am glad it happened though, as this showcased to me how poorly run this particular business is, and I will NEVER give them another chance.
