::I work as a contractor at site. I purchased a pair of jeans just before my last contract ended in May. They were way too big. My contract in June was cancelled and I did not return to Fort McMurray until August. The assistant manager refused to return the jeans for refund because it was outside of their 90 day return policy. I explained the situation but no exception was made. I am disappointed in Fort McMurray Walmart and their lack of support for transient workers.

::I will never tell any one to visit this store...every time I m visiting, @time of paying, employees are annoying by asking frequently about walmart Mastercard till you leave walmart. IT'S F*#÷ING FRUSTRATING.......

::Wal Mart is going out of style, they do not have all the merchandise they use to & Prices have gone up drastically. The Customer service is also very bad there, as none of the staff smile or greet you like they use to when it first opend. None of the Staff ever look happy. I hope they make changes soon as i use to work there years ago at the one in Fort Mcmurray and I hope they bring it back to the way it was. Great Customer Service friendly staff and always Smileing. I still love this store but things need to change .

::I spend 5 minutes around this place and I start grinding my teeth. It even starts in the parking lot before I park. Customers are ruse and have no respect for the store, I would feel bad for them but I feel it's self induced. The staff is always trying to be sneaky and play on their phones, the shelves are never stocked even though the palets are sitting in the aisles ready to be unloaded. I could go on for days; but since I have family that works there I will leave it that... I hear there is new management and they are interested in turning it into a superwalmart. Well I honestly wish you all the best of luck; just be sure to get the right leaders and remember that having respectful staff will make the customers follow suit.
