Good for simple things, low quality care in general though. I've had doctors at this clinic fail to take notes on what they prescribe, and then argue with me about it later. Argue with me about symptoms, refuse to fill insurance forms. Check web MD and get an idea of what you have/need before you go in.

Don't bother yourself to go to this clinic. They might also give your information to the other patient which supposed to be confidential like what happened to me! Very irresponsible!!!!

There is no way anyone can convince me that the management and doctors of this clinic are really in it because they want to help their patients. Majority of clinics accept out of province patients. When they do this, they will scan your out of province Health Card and send it to AHS. AHS pays the clinic for the visit fee. AHS pays them approximately $34 per visit – which is a standard rate for any general practitioner visit. At the end of the month, AHS charges the relevant province’s health body to retrieve that fee. However, this clinic refuses to accept out of province patients unless they pay cash – even if they have a valid Health Card (which they can do by law). However, the cash fee they charge is not the standard $34 fee … it’s a whopping $60 fee. It’s very evident that they see out of province patients as “cash cows”. They know they can pray on you when you are sick and in a vulnerable position, and they almost double the price than what they would get from a regular Alberta patient; or if they were accepting out of province Health Cards. So, its very clear that they are in it only for the money. I would question the service they provide to regular Alberta patient ... In my case, the extra money I would have spent on their super high fee, I spent that money on a taxi to take me to another clinic that accepts out of province patients without having to pay cash ... and the best part is that the doctor in this clinic sat down with me for a good 20 minutes to go over my health concerns.

I go to see dr. Youseff , she is EXTREMELY unhelpful , doesn't prescribe anything , no antibiotics, won't examine you if you ask and doesn't care if your in pain . My husband has had the same issue with her , went there in extreme pain got nothing had to go to urgent care and doc prescribe me T3 .. in my whole 2 and a half years of going there she's never prescribed me anything . No ear infections antibiotics No pain medication ,, not even an examination . I'm done with this place and so is my husband . If your not looking for a prescription of some sort this may be the place for u . BUT if u need something ... DONT BOTHER .

Had a good experience. Wait time wasn't longer than 30 mins and I found the receptionists and Dr I saw were polite and competent.
