  Saw a car for sale on Auto Trader and the companies website but I know from experience always call ahead and book an appointment just in case the car was recently sold. Monday morning 11:00 called and was told the car was available so I booked an appointment for 2:30 that afternoon as it was quite a distance to drive. Arrived at 2:30 only to find that parking was near impossible at the dealership so I found local parking and paid for it, no biggie. Walked to the dealership only to find out that the car had already been sold, probably over the weekend if it before. Did they offer me a coffee NO, did they offer to pay my parking NO. They however did offer to show me the car that was no longer for sale...What a-holes, stay away.

  The crack sales team at Downtown VW made me feel like an unimportant nobody lucky to pay the full price for an automobile with no added incentives. I’m not saying I’m anyone important or anything but if I’m considering spending 30 grand on something I’d at least like to be charmed into it. Onsite parking to visit the sales office is sardine can tight and parking at the service area is somehow even worse.

  Excellent experience leasing the new Golf Type R. Allen was professional and fair throughout the whole process and did everything he promised. Would highly recommend him.

  Sheldon Patrick was my sales rep and he was awesome. I always felt like he was helping me and trying to earn my business which is totally different from many other places I've visited. I came in with my toddler in a car seat and Sheldon happily showed me how it would fit in the Atlas (which I love) and went along for the test drive with a crying child with no complaints. Most importantly, Sheldon was helpful, honest, and fair which I really appreciated. I've since had a crack in my windshield and purchased other accessories and Sheldon made sure I was taken care of each time I needed help. I've been very pleased with my experience so far.

  I had a great experience with Colin, sales manager Daniel and financial services manager Steve. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle and did not pressure me in getting something I did not want. Got a great deal on my upcoming VW and provided a seamless, hassle free experience. Thanks!
