  The salon tech used to same tools for my friend and I (thankfully it was a friend) and did not clean or sanitize them between uses and I have since gotten an infection around my finger nail and toenail. Do not recommend.

  I bought a Groupon for a mani/pedi and it was fantastic. Amy did an incredible job. Didn't rush, and made my hands and feet look and feel amazing. Excellent job on the gel polish. Best service I've had in a salon, and great ambiance. Definitely going back!

  I got my eyebrows waxed and cleaned. I think the girl who did mine was Anna. She was extremely meticulous and very friendly. She understood what brow line and shape I wanted and got my eyebrows looking symmetric on both sides and there were no tiny hairs after she was done. So far this has been the best brow service I have received.

  First time here and I have a coupon for half off a spa pedicure. The staff is not friendly or talkative, I would say bordering on snobbish. Back area is small and dirty. I found I was almost treated with disdain. Like they don't care if you are there or not. Had to listen to the receptionist 's personal play list of which was Michael Jackson repetitive then on to Madonna. I asked if they could change it up and the girl gave me major stink eye. Just not a good experience, I would not recommend them.

  I go to VIVID Salon on 17th for many services - aesthetics + nails + hair. I have had a great experience with each service. The staff are all very friendly, service is great, and I am almost always able to book an appointment on short notice. My gel nails last up to/over 3 weeks - and will grow out long before they chip or crack. The laser hair removal offered at the salon is INCREDIBLE! With a customized program for each skin/hair type, I have had amazing results - which in turn has given me more confidence, and a lot more free time from shaving! The salon also offers great deals, especially for first time clients, as well as a referral program. I would highly recommend VIVID!
