  I bought a sub from them and have had a few problems with it on a few occasions. The car audio department was awesome helping me out and provided me with great service. Devin was great to work with and ensured my sub was in working order.

  If you want great service on all your electronic needs go to Visions. My radio fused out on me. I need my new one put in. So. I went Visions the price was a little high for me to have them to put my new one in. The installer guy gave me a great price that I thought was fair. So I got them to put in. One guy told it was going to abit. So I walked around the store.It felt like hours. But it wasn't that long at all. Thank you again for fitting me in, and your great customer service.I would highly recommended Visions Electronics.😊

  Exceptional service for Bell Mobility. Darryl is EXTREMELY knowledgeable across all devices, even unlocked phones, and knows all the ins & outs to get you the best rate plan possible. I drive a couple hours when I need the expertise!

  I am very happy with the service that Darryl in the cell phone department gave me when I decided to switch carriers and get a new phone. He was great when I called in to get some information, he explained everything for me before I made the trip up to the store. At the store everything was quick and simple, even got all my apps and games switched over to the new phone with no problems. He didn't try to sell me a different phone or anything I didn't need. Will continue to be a Visions customer because of the service I got and have received in the past. Thanks Darryl and Ray!

  Terrance, sales manager and Niall, general manager were very helpful when we purchased our new 75" Panasonic TV. They provided us with exceptional customer service as we went through our buyer's journey. Always answering our questions and helping us find the right TV. He was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. We were very impressed with his ability to communicate details with ease across all of the packages and benefits of the various providers sold on behalf of Visions. Then there was Dan the installer who came to facilitate the custom install. We had carpenters adjust our viewing area and Dan brought it all together. It's people like Terrance, Dan and Niall that keep the positive retail experience alive. Thanks again for all of your help!
