::Disappointed. Purchased a deck for my wife's car and found, after having it partly installed that a necessary cable was missing. Wife called Visions and manager said they would order one. A week later, we go to pick up the cable... ooops, wrong cable! A waste of a drive across the city. They tell my wife the cable is at the Visions on Regent. We go there the next day to pick up the cable. Wrong cable again. Then they go to find the cable and give me 3 cables and said "there ya go". I presented the cables to the installer and they are all wrong. Now I am going to have to buy the appropriate cable that should have come with the unit originally. Very disappointed and won't be buying from Visions any time soon, if at all ... not worth the hassle of the incompetence and lack of help.

::Just bought a TV at this place! Worked with both Marshall and David. First of all Marshalls eyebrows look like they're going to fly off his face. And who has weird hair like that?!? And David?!? He said he would give me $10 off of my TV and then didn't! Nice jeans! Who tucks their shirt in?!?! Losers! Don't shop here. A-hole award attached

We relied on the very competent salesperson to select the best TV for our needs...purchased the 50 inch Smart TV ...took it home and had a beautiful picture within an hour.
