::Both the manager and "second in charge" is a joke. No education and typical Millennial attitude. These 2 ( won't say women) "girls" have a lot to learn about customer service. I get the day of the customer always being right is long gone, however as a consumer we need to start holding these companies accountable for the under trained, undereducated, know-it-alls they hire. A review here and a written complaint to the company is a start.
