  After taking $25 from me so I could keep my phone active, They deactivated my phone and refused to reactivated It, repay me my money or compensate my properly at all. After over 6 years of being a loyal customer I was basically forced to get a new phone number with a new company. All in all, if you want to trust them as your phone company, be warry. They honestly don't care, they just want your money. I'm taking virgin mobile as a whole, not one location.

  They even took a drive for me to stlaurent mall because I want a iPhone while they don’t have in Stock. Absolute awesome

  I had a wonderful experience at Virgin Mobile in the Billings Bridge location with Olivia, Ken and another manager (didn't catch the name). I had lost my phone and was reluctant to sign a contract as I usually buy my phones out front. She was patient in answering all my questions and was showing me prices and phones that were geared to what I was asking for. She made ever effort even involving the manager in order to make my purchase exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately I did not bring enough ID to sign at the time but the second time I came a few days later, not only was I happily greeted by Olivia, but her co-worker Ken. They were both equally involved in making the process a wonderful experience and I would recommend coming to this location if you are looking to sign on a phone! Thanks again for the wonderful experiences and Kudos' to great staff, Jessie & Loulou

  Tried to switch sims plans from one old phone to my new phone but the employee switched my mothers plan onto my new phone and my old phone still had my original plan. Had to drive another 20km back to get it fixed so 1 star...
