  Store hours are not as advertised. Sales reps are here at 9 but there's no technician on staff to help until 10am. Except I've been here about 10 mins after 10 and no technician has showed up for work.

  Leaving a message without corporate identity Is highly unprofessional. It leads caller to ask if number Is correct for Virgin store.
