  Genuine customer service .Whilst on vacation in Toronto my daughter required an urgent repair on her braces. Village orthodontics could not have been more helpful from first contact through to the repair. Dr. Murrell and his team were fantastic & if we lived here they would definitely be our #1 choice for orthodontic treatment. Great job guys & thank you!

  I was very nervous going to an orthodontist. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Gordon is fantastic. My whole experience was very pleasant. Will be recommending to all my friends.

  I had a really pleasant experience visiting Dr Gordon! She was extremely friendly and she made me feel very comfortable even though it was my first time visiting the clinic. The staff were friendly as well! I would definitely recommend Village orthodontics at Yorkville ☺️

  Having moved around 3 different provinces in 3 years, I must say that Dr. Gordon (Yorkville office in Toronto) is the best orthodontist I've ever had. She is personable, enthusiastic, and always makes an effort to listen to your individual needs. She is extremely good at her work, but the best is that she personalizes it to your needs and is not a "cookie-cutter" type of practitioner. She also sits with you in person for each appointment, and she takes the time to get to know you (this can't be said for everybody!). Would highly recommend seeing Dr. Gordon at this office.

  Though I can't comment too much about the work at Village Orthodontics, if the staff is any indication, this is an excellent place to receive treatment. Gloria Lai in particular is simply amazing! She was the heart and soul of our orthodontic practice in the Vancouver area and it was such a lost when she had to move to Toronto. To this day, we still have patients asking about Gloria. With a warm heart, a gentle touch, and a big smile, Gloria will ensure that your stay at Village Orthodontics will be as pleasant as possible. I'm sure you won't need to search for her name badge when in the office. Her patient rapport will leave a lasting impression!
