  The service at this hotel was amazing. As an SPG Gold Member I felt like they went out of there way to make sure your stay was exemplary which makes a huge impression for me. If I ever stay in downtown Victoria again this is the only hotel I will use going forward. The interior's are a little dated inside, that would be my only gripe but it's refreshing to see a hotel that allows us to easily connect a device to the TV if we want to stream for example. This is rare still but makes a huge difference

  Great gym. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Buffet was affordable for children. Great location, walking distance. Laurie who works in the restaurant downstairs was extremely kind and helpful. I am very impressed by this hotel.

  Belle Hotel, propre, pret du centre ville. Tres bon prix. Nous avons fait des demandes particuliere, et ils nous ont accorder nos preference.
