  There for a pool party, the pool was murky and my daughter said her eyes hurt from swimming in it. Yes, I realize it's chlorinated to keep it clean, but it might have been a bit heavily chlorinated as she's never complained about this before. Other than that the kids had a great time and the staff were friendly.

  Will not stay again: Our room was not vacuumed, shower was dirty, we could see the light from the room next door between the wall and the ceiling and could hear everything (EVERYTHING) that was going on next door, and in the hallway. The pool was GROSS, cloudy, the pool deck was gritty and not well cleaned. We asked to speak to the manager multiple times and was told he was out driving the airport shuttle (each time we asked). I was also told they only have one cleaner for the "evening", which starts at 3:00pm. The "cleaner" is responsible for cleaning the pool area, the hallways, the elevators AND driving the shuttle. This place is a lateral move from the Landmark (don't stay there either) I should note we were upgraded to a suite after complaining, but that still didn't really make up for our concerns, and we could still easily hear the goings on in the hallway and next door

  This could be the best hotel but needs better cable package. No reason for such crummy tv. Everything else great

  My husband and I stayed here after a big cross province move, the night before we had access to our new apartment. We stayed in a business room with a King bed. The hotel was very pet friendly with fantastic service. The room was gorgeous and very clean. The 4 star review is solely due to the room service quality. Some of the food was alright but other dishes were subpar. The pan "fried" perogis, for example, were sitting in a gross amount of oil (olive oil perhaps) and were very soft, oily and not obviously fried in any way. Other than that, we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

  The rooms were clean. The food at the meeting was also quite good, though the eggs were a little plastic-y. The service was great, people were very polite. The pool was less noisy than I remember but you can always ask for an outside facing room. Heat was fast and effective in the room when it was turned up. The parking lot was pretty icy and could have used salt. There was a room mix up that was dealt with very quickly.
