  Took the girlfriends car(Mitsubishi Lancer) down to get her car fixed due to someone breaking 2 of her window glasses. Great to know that they can provide(notify ahead) a loaner car without that extra coverage on your insurance. Though it eats gas very fast lol. Dealt with Perry and Matthew. Great guys! Atmosphere is great there and there is a waiting room and coffee. And if you need tongdt picked up or dropped they can do it too. Only thing wrong was they ordered the wrong color for a piece in the car. So instead of having the car done in 2 weeks. Took almost 2 months. Would still go back and deal with them in the future. Did an amazing detailing job inside and out when we received the car.

  I've had work done of a couple different vehicles over the years and every time, I've found them to be honest and easy to work with. The quality of the work has been excellent, the estimates are very reasonable and the staff are genuinely interested in providing the best solution. Case in point, I had a number of stone chips on my Jeep Liberty and wanted to get the stone chips touched up. Vernaus recommended repainting the hood and I asked about some sort of product to protect the front edge from further chips. They described a number of different products and the pros and cons of each. The end result looks better than factory, in my opinion, and is much more durable. I always recommend getting at least 3 estimates for body work, but also strongly advise making Vernaus one of those estimates.
