  Lost its charm since the renovation. Generic menu and drinks. Nothing bad but nothing special. Don't go expecting the old Veneto's.

  Great drinks, great bartenders, great location. The menu is good, but you should sit at the bar and have the bartenders make you something special.

  Had one of the best cocktails of my life here. The bartenders were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I saw they were making a drink with maraschino and asked about it - left with a ton of recipes to try. Knocked my socks off.

  Great atmosphere, really good food. The cocktails and drink menu are top shelf. Our service was quick, not really warm or rememberable. I would suggest his place. Cool and hip. For all ages!

  Went here as hotel guests to redeem our voucher for a free welcome cheese plate. The first thing the hostess/waitress said, was 'shall I send it up to your room?' Excuse me, attitude much? We did sit down as we wanted something to drink with the cheese. As we started ordering some more food and drinks, the same waitress did become a bit less sturdy, but her overall attitude remained. All in all: good food, superb cocktails but service could really do without that attitude! It's not as if you're the Queen of England when you're only working in a bar downtown Victoria...
