  I had to euthanize my old and sick 16 year old cat yesterday. My paycheque was non existent and they did a humane euthanisa. The vet let me and my friend stay with my cat throughout the whole thing when she didn't have too. I honestly can't thank her enough. The office is also beautiful and well cleaned. Cleanest vet I've ever been to.

  Absolutely amazing staff! My pet was unable to walk, his back legs were completely immobilized. I was prepared to say goodbye to my furbaby, the staff was amazing. Immediately came to help me got me a towel and I was able to lay my dog down, helped me all the way. I was in to see a very within about an hour of waiting (keep in mind it was a Sunday and about 6 people before me). When we got into see the vet he suggested a few things but didn’t want to put my baby down yet, he gave us a dosage of steroids and Now he is walking, running, jumping climbing stairs better than before. I highly highly recommend, as mentioned before it is a little pricey but I didn’t mind, without them my pooch would of had to suffer until Monday when my regular vets opened! Thank you for making my life and my pooch!

  This is the best veterinarian office I've found in Ottawa. They are fairly pricey but are open 24/7, have extremely friendly staff, knowledgeable doctors, and is a genuine office. I recommend this practice over most others in Ottawa.

  They were kind, welcoming and the service was "quality over quantity." I ask anyone to go and give them a try. Give them a call and ask them about prices. They will be upfront with you and there estimates.

  Brought our puppy there at 1 in the morning after she ate an entire tray of fudge. Every vet that treated her was very nice and professional. We had follow up phone calls the next day and we were able to pick her up late the next day. Keep in mind this is over the holidays and they were very busy, but our dog was treated very well and everyone there was so nice. Thanks for treating Willow so well!!
