  This was a good stay the people staying at the hostel are very kind and I had great conversations about amazing travel stories everything was nice and clean

  Incredibly rude and unprofessional. I called to inquire about available rooms and rates. She immediately said because I am calling from a Vancouver phone number they will deny me a room. I indicated I and my identification (drivers licence) are from out of province. She then just hung up on me. For one its a house and people like this should not be in any customer service position or accomodation business. I'm assuming they are trying to live for free and profit off travelers. Disgraceful business and may not even be legitimate.

  It's ok it is close to the SkyTrain. Someone puked in the sink so that was gross. The beds aren't super comfortable but location is alright

  Convenient location, 6 minute walk to the SkyTrain station and shopping mall. Clean, beds weren't very comfortable but not the worst.
