  Tried to do a return at this location and the cashier was so rude to me. Asked her to tell me what 30% off 39.99 is and her exact words to me were " if i could do that kind of math would I work here" literally calling herself dumb. I was so shocked I just took my item that I did not get to return and left.

  Will be my last time to this store. I have been there before and not experienced anything like I did this time. I went after Christmas to exchange a gift. First of all the music was so loud I had trouble speaking with the lady working. I felt I should mention the volume as it was that bad......she said it was policy. When I found my item I went to try it on. I was informed all dressing rooms were closed.......as it was policy. I said I would buy both sizes and then return the one that did not fit. I was informed that there was no refunds - oniy exchanges.....again their policy. Working in customer myself when asked a question your response should not be "policy". There was also an employee shaking an 80%off sign at everyone who walked in the door. When checking out I was informed that that was only for the small section at the back of the store. I have never posted a review but was so disgusted with my experience.

  Love the clothing in this store but was appalled by the customer service. I'm a little on the shorter side and some of the clothing is high up, I struggle to reach the item looking around for someone to offer to help me get it down, instead I see a group of staff talking, some seeing me making eye contact with them and nothing. I know working personally in retail that customers aren't allowed to grab the pole for themselves but I ended up doing that anyway. Also the one manager there seems beyond unprofessional, yelling at her staff in front of customers, yelling at them for their mistakes or attitude problem and yelling at them to leave. I felt very uncomfortable. I'll shop there for the clothing but I know I won't accept help.

  This is a pretty big store so the selection is good but the customer service is trash I picked up an item that did not have a red line through it and upon skinny and I was told it's buy one get two free when I picked up another item that was the same is that just a different color and I had asked for them to check the lady was rude hugfing and puffing like it was an inconvenience
