  Love the concept and most of the clothes they have but I think they don't have enough men's clothes.

  I am a fan of their low cost blank tees which I like to grab once in a while. Staff are friendly and on point.

  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Tonight my girlfriend bought BDG mom jeans from Urban Outfitters. The girl who helped us was super nice and helpful and assisted us to find what we were looking for. The guy at the cashier asked whether we want to save 10% by signing up an account. My girlfriend told him that she already has an account. Cashier asked him to sign in with her account and he registered my girlfriend to the loyalty program. However, she didn't get 10% discount in the bill. When we asked him about it, he told us that 10% only applies to new accounts. He never mentioned about this until after the purchase. Getting a few bucks of discount is not a big concern, however, Urban Outfitters shouldn't be misinforming their customers. Very disappointed.
