  I have been going to Urban Body Laser for many years and have always had the most amazing treatments and service! I am 58 and get compliments on my skin daily. The staff is very professional and helpful. The owners have the best spa in all of Vancouver! I would highly recommend it.

  I highly recommend Urban Body Laser! I have been coming here for years for various treatments. I had amazing results with laser hair removal on my underarm, bikini and leg areas. Also, outstanding results from BBL facials that I received earlier this year. I will continuously recommend Urban Body to friends, family and clients because of their knowledgeable, friendly and professional staff and most importantly, amazing services with great results! Always money well spent and a great investment whether its laser hair removal or facials :) The staff really take time to get to know you and be sure you are comfortable with the treatment and all services you are receiving. They also always be sure to advise you of upcoming specials and deals, which not a lot of places would do. I give UBL 10/10 and cant wait for my next service :)

  I would recommend Urban Body Laser to anyone looking at a more permanent solution to unwanted hair. The staff is amazing and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond in the customer service and appreciation. I shopped around at a few other companies before going to Urban Body and had some terrible experiences which I almost didn’t get laser hair removal at all because of another place but after coming into Urban Body Laser and being treated with so much value I couldn’t have chosen a better place to go to for laser hair removal. Their prices and packages can’t be beat. Best of all these ladies have made me feel beautiful and confident in my skin. I was bullied all through high school for my unwanted hair and it made me self conscious ever since. For the first time in my life I’m not embarrassed by my unwanted hair and I barely think about shaving now and I haven’t even finished all my treatments yet. I look forward to seeing my end results but I will definitely be coming back for their skin care. I love Urban Body and will be referring them to anyone I have the chance too.

  When I started going to Urban Body Laser in 2015, I bought the "Guaranteed Service" Brazilian Bikini package; The Brazilian Bikini Package came with 12 treatments, and you were "guaranteed" to be satisfied with their service. The technician told me that most people don't even use all 12 treatments, and that if I didn't, I would receive a refund for the treatments I didn't use... I decided to buy the package, but couldn't afford it up front so I financed it over 4 months - over $600/month for 4 months (IE: about $2,500 total). I was willing to pay the money if it was guaranteed. Well, my treatments happened slowly over the course of 2 years with their recommended scheduling times, and I was seeing some results but I was VERY far from being hair free. Not only was it expensive and ineffective, but I had a different technician EVERY SINGLE TIME I went in for the first 6 treatments - I think after all 12 treatments were done, 7 different technicians had been up close and intimate with my vagina and bum line. I didn't appreciate that at all. When you go into an appointment, and the technician has to tell you to lift your butt cheek, I'd rather keep the damage to a minimum and have the same person see it every time. Some of the technicians are not awkward at all, and some of them got really weird and silent while they were doing my treatment. I literally saw every technician in the entire store. As for the effectiveness, at every treatment, I would tell them what was giving me results and what was not: one machine that feels like a ton of tiny hot needles sticking into your skin was entirely NOT effective for me, but I would see massive results when they used the suction machine, which thankfully is much less painful (if at all). I told them that I would like to use the suction machine only, and they said no, because they need to alternate. Later, I found out that the "hot needle" machine is actually not a hair removal machine at all, but a hair thinning machine, and that the suction machines are the only ones that are effective in hair removal. I also found out that big companies don't like to use the suction machines because they are extremely expensive, and stop working after a certain amount of uses... I literally spent $2,500 to be ripped off and not given my so-called "guaranteed service". At the end of my 12 treatments, I still had a very large amount of hair (full bush, and it was dark brown, and some of it was still wiry), so I told them that I was unsatisfied, and that I would like to keep receiving treatments, since I had "guaranteed service". They told me it's actually NOT guaranteed service, and that they will only provide me with one more treatment because I complained, and after that, I can pay another $600 up front again, and get a "discounted package" for $99/treatment, otherwise pay as I go for $150/treatment. Needless to say, I did not buy the package. That is such an extreme rip off, and their service sucks and is ineffective. I went to a different company called simply flawless who charged me $100/treatment, and have received only 2 treatments with only the suction machine, and I am now almost completely hair free - I've seen more results in 2 treatments than I did with Urban Body Laser, ever. Also, there is only one technician who runs the business, so I don't have to display myself to even more people. Do not go to Urban Body Laser!!! They are a complete rip off, and they're fine with showing off your private areas to all of their technicians without being sensitive to your privacy.
