  Love this place! If you're looking for mid range cost but excellent quality furniture, then this is definitely a place to check out. They have good customer service in store, nice showroom, and excellent return policy if something doesn't work out (unless custom ordered...then no returns).

  Staff was very helpful to take an order over the phone and to load the furniture on the car.

  I will definitely be back. After ordering a bar cart, I came to pick it up a the store. Once there, I ended up walking by a bar cart I actually liked better. While I was super apologetic, I did ask if I could possibly exchange the one I had ordered for the new one and if I could go drive to get it from the warehouse today, because i was hosting a dinner party this weekend and wanted it in time. Joel and Tiffany specifically were SO helpful and understanding! Tiffany ended up taking her manager aside and asked if I could take the brand new bar cart on the floor today, saving me time and a trip to the warehouse. Graciously, the manager approved! Tiffany helped me wrap up all the glass pieces and even helped carry it to the car! Not once did I see any frustration or annoyance from neither Joel, Tiffany, nor the manager. Having this one thing taken care of really made me have much more peace of mind and i'm so thankful. Thanks so much for the awesome service you guys! I'll be back :)

  Urban Barn checked to see if the items I wanted were in their storage and were willing to stay open after closing hours to allow me time to get my car and drive it around the back of the story for pickup. The staff carried out the lamps for me and were very friendly.

  I had an excellent experience with the store salesman Lucas in Vancouver. He was very helpful and had good ideas. However I was informed that I would receive a call within 2-3 days for delivery arrangements. I did not receive a call after 4 days. I called the number on my receipt only to be redirected to a different number. I left a message but did not get a call back. Very disappointing after spending almost 5K on furniture.
