  Amazing building and facilities. It's a shame that no one was available to guide in the information seeking process. Customer Service Room for improvement: simply walk the talk.

  Would be really awesome if they stopped cancelling classes a day before they're supposed to run. Was on vacation and not so much as even a voice mail to let me know they've cancelled the class. So I show up at the school, pay for parking, just to get turned away at the door. Its not the class that is so much the issue, but now because there was virtually no advance notice, I am in a pinch to try and rearrange my schedule to get the credits I need for this semester. I have delayed my certificate twice because of this issue, and their response is a shoulder shrug. A word of advice would be to check out some other continuing education programs, I wish I did.

  Great continuing education programs and the instructors provide real world examples and content.
