  Have bought a few appliances from Universal Appliances over the years, and have consistently had great service. The prices have been really competitive and the staff has been much more knowledgeable about the products than the larger chain stores.

  Had an awesome experience with Universal and Neil in particular. He is extremely knowledgeable and being new home owners, we found the information quite useful. It is refreshing to find someone who recommends products based on how they fit your needs and not try to sell you pricey appliances that you don't need. Will be going back for all our appliance needs and will strongly recommend them.

  My family has bought appliances from Universal Appliances for a generation now. My parents are about to redo their kitchen and this is the first and last place they wanted to shop. They have knowledgeable and friendly staff that make it very easy to build the kitchen of your dreams. We dealt with Jeremy and he really knows his appliances. He was very friendly, attentive to our needs and made us feel he was in our home! If you are in the market for one appliance or looking to fill your kitchen and/or house, don't go anywhere else.

  Was ready to purchase a dishwasher, however after a forty minute wait with no acknowledgement by the staff, my wife and I left and went to Lowe's. Glad we did, bought the same Bosch 500 series dishwasher at half the price, and excellent seŕvice. We'll never go back to Universal Appliances.
