Personally I think it is better than comfort cab but some of these drivers seem confused a lot of the time.

My partner and I always use United and we have always been generally happy with our service. However, we are no longer going to be using United. Today we waited over an hour for our taxi. When we phoned throughout that hour to see what the status was, the woman on the phone was more than rude to us. We ended up phoning another company, which arrived within minutes of us phoning them. The wait and rude service paired with the lack of cleanly vehicles is why my partner and I have decided to pull the plug and use another taxi service. Would have rated 0/5, but had to rate a star.

Have had many issues with united cabs being slow to finally show up and being very rude over the phone. Many drivers will take the wrong way even after you ask them not to. It would be understandable if the dispatch would at least listen to you but they just hang up and side with the driver just like everyone says. Reading through the reviews on here it is clear other people have had the same experience. I was told by the one good driver ive had that if you have a problem you need to call the city rather than the cab company for conplaints

I'd give it a zero if I could. 90% of their drivers don't signal when changing lanes, don't properly read road signs, nor do they know what speed limits are. How half of them got licenses is beyond me.

I moved to Saskatoon the 1st of December. I have ordered taxis frequently with the cold and no vehicle. The dispatch company is fantastic. They remember me or are supremely quick with my address. Every taxi that picks me up is well equipped to deal with, if I want a short ride or long. I've taken either. I've never run across any major issue in the slightest, today was no exception. One taxi driver was unable to pick me up at a required time so sent another in his stead. Hats off to all of you and Happy New Year!
