  Accueil peu aimable, temps d'attente super longs, pharmacie à éviter.S'il n'y avait pas Postes Canada, je n'y mettrai jamais les pieds!

  Pharmacy lost my prescription sheet and could not find where they had placed it. Asian male pharmacist is amazingly dismissive. Would not reccomend

  The female employees at the register have a dismissive and hostile attitude towards the customers, as though they hated their job (maybe they do), and the elderly male pharmacist is just as rude as the staff at the registers. He has a condescending and sometimes aggressive manner of dealing with the customers. I saw as he talked to a customer who was getting a Rx (seemingly for STD's) filled, he told him in loud voice to be more careful with being infected and suggested he should use condoms, that is a flagrant violation of privacy laws and an utter lack of respect for customers. Some other time I went with an empty bottle of cough drops, I wanted to ask whether I needed a prescription or not, he did not even let me finish asking and yelled at me frantically moving his arms and saying that I needed a prescription. I avoid at all cost coming here even if it's not far away from were I live. The customer service both at the pharmacy and at the checkout counters is as bad as it can possibly be

  Le vieux pharmacien asiatique à qui j'ai donné ma prescription a été d'une impolitesse magistrale! Lorsque je lui ai tendu ma carte soleil comme preuve d'identité, il m'a regardé d'un air condescendant et ne voulait pas croire que j'étais un résident du Québec! Pensait-il que ma carte était fausse? Aucune idée. En tout cas, je ne retournerai plus jamais à cette pharmacie. On peut être à la fois Québécois et Chinois, et parler l'anglais et le français parfaitement. Pharmacie à éviter absolument si vous ne voulez pas être traité comme une pêche de l'Ontario décomposée!

  Service pitoyable. À chaque fois que la clinique faxe la liste de mes médicaments de mon conjoint, ils ne sont jamais jamais préparés. Il faut toujours argumenter avec le monsieur Nguyen qui lève immanquablement son petit doigt impérial pour dire: ' il vous en reste encore pour quelques jours'. Comme ci, on ne travaillait pas dans la vie et qu'on n'avait rien que cela à faire que de se présenter à son comptoir où, du reste, ses employés sont aussi mêlés que lui. Faut toujours débroussailler nos ordonnances et les expliquer. Bref, un pharmacien qui fait suer ses clients, et aussi ses employés par son ton rude et hautain, n'a pas sa place derrière un comptoir d'Uniprix. On dirait qu'on est dans une autre Époque ! Bref, allons ailleurs pour éviter un stress non nécessaire ! Et que ce pharmacien prenne sa retraite au plus vite !
