::Great place always has trucks and very large trucks. Nice staff lots of equipment. Only issue is they charge for parking and have up to 30m wait times to see cashier.

::Rented trucks twice from there and used their storage. Didn't have any issues. They have areas to load and unload trucks conveniently and free cart usage to move stuff into storage. Better than other uhaul facilities that I've seen. Staff were good.

::**Don't return your truck after hours unless you want extra hassle.** First, the pros: - Staff was friendly and easy enough to get along with. - Cargo van were good and clean, and performed as expected. Now, the cons: - I returned this after hours. At most places I've returned a rental, it's been hassle-free - drop of keys and a copy of the contract, and you're free to go - but here, after hours, you have to 'check in' online. Now I'm tired, and I just moved a buffet. As a customer, I don't want or expect to jump through any more hoops than I have to after moving large, varnished furniture. But I do because that seems to be the only way to return this thing. I have to create an account, and then sign in. Then I have to "prove" that I'm telling the truth three times with photographic evidence from my phone - once to verify that the odometer and gas level are as I say they are, once to verify the cleanliness of the van, and once to verify I've returned it to the proper location. (This reminds me of those websites that make you apply for a job by uploading your resume, and then filling in all the information again that was on your resume. You know who you are.) This puts a bitter taste in my mouth, because all I want to do is drop off the keys and leave, not take mug shots of the van. I ended up unlocking the van and locking it back up again multiple times because I didn't expect such a hassle. - After I jump through the extra hoops, and am feeling frustrated, I find out that my charges are $30 more than I expected. When I signed out the van, the staff member said that my contract was estimated for 80km. When I go to sign in, I find the initial contract was only for 50km (And I was proud, too, because I drove the van EXACTLY 80km). I wasn't expecting extra charges, and I got them. I'm like a camper who vacations in 6 days of rain, then packs up on day seven to sunshine: not happy. So that meant that, what was a cargo van that was advertised for $19.99 ended up costing me over $112.00. In short, I feel annoyed by feeling overcharged for a clerical error, and feeling frustrated by an obtuse online return system. I won't be returning.
