  1. Attitude is everything. 3. All counter staff is under pressure but cooperative. 2. Run down vehicles specially the 10’ trucks Ask them to clean the truck and they will start showing attitude.

  I’m absolutely disgusted by my experience at the U-haul on Main and Williams Parkway in Brampton. I arrived to a big commotion, two adult Canada Geese were by the entrance and their chicks (who couldn’t yet fly) were jumping from the roof of the store to lie on the ground flattened. The male employees outside were laughing at this. The chicks got up eventually and were limping. I didn’t know how to help them and decided to ask the cashiers inside to call Animal Control. I went inside and told the cashier what had happened and her response was to roll her eyes and laugh at me. I said, “you’re laughing in my face and rolling your eyes at me like I’m crazy, but the baby birds outside are very hurt. Ask the people working outside.” Her response was, “Ya,” in a horribly rude tone and then she asked to serve the next customer. I was so upset about the poor baby birds that my husband had to call Animal services on my behalf when I got home. But on another note: I’ve never been treated so rudely at a store in my life.

  The location is well stocked for trailers and trucks. High turn over and plenty of staff ensure that products are there ready for you when you need them. I've rented moving trucks from them multiple times and the equipment is ready when I arrive plus they are flexible with their drop offs. They have an after hours drop as well great for when you are running late or need to return early morning. Well stocked with moving supplies and trailer accessories. prices are comparable to big box stores so helps with the one stop shopping experience. They will also take back any unused supplies so load up!

  Everyone that I came into contact with at this location was professional, friendly, and very helpful! I arrived to pick up my reserved rental vehicle and found out they gave me a discount and it ended up being quite a bit cheaper than originally quoted. Can't complain about that! Will definitely not hesitate in using them again should I be in the area and require another rental.

  Pretty professional people and they have loads of vehicle with them. It's better to go with them if it's near your place or if the local dealers ran out of vehicle. They have plenty of cargo and trucks with them so there is no problem whatsoever even on weekends.
