  Busy location I suggest going early in the morning. The ladies at the front desk are very efficient and helpful. All I needed was to process at payment for my Uboxs and I spoke with over 10 people at different locations and the lady at Uhaul Barlow was the only one who could help me.

  Just be aware that you're charged for mileage. But other than that the equipment is top-notch just don't go there on a weekend it's pretty busy

  Just rented a 20ft Uhaul from them this past weekend. Not to bad, could be better on a few things. The reason I gave a 4 out of 5 was they are very very slow at the register. They need some more people working for them to move the line along since each customer will probably spend about 5-10 mins going over everything. Another reason they lost a star was I had to go back inside to get a dolly that should have been in the truck already. BUT, the gentlemen working there are super friendly, very helpful and know what they are doing.

  WORST Customer service experience ever. Doesn’t even deserve a star, but I’m forced to put one. Don’t waste your time going to this location. We had explained to the staff member at the front (this is at 3 pm) that we would be back the same night to unload the truck into a storage unit, and he told us that it wouldn’t be an issue. So a few hours later, we showed up to unload and had to the open the doors and they rudely explained to me that they were now closed, and that I would have to come back tomorrow to unload the truck. Kind of hard when you don’t have somewhere to park the truck(?!) and that I would have to go get a lock and park it on the side street. All of this could avoided if the kid behind the desk would’ve explained to us that they closed at 5 and that it would be on us to figure out overnight arrangement. All in all, useless, non customer service oriented staff. Don’t bother wasting your time here.

  Both the person I was speaking with as well as the manager Benjamin have no clue what they are doing or what they even sell. They tried to charge me per day for furniture blankets when no where on any signs or on the website is it a day rate. They wanted $5/6 blankets/day. That's $100 for my 5 day reservation just for blankets. In reality, it's simply an add on with the truck and not a day rate but they don't seem to know that. I walked away empty handed and went to a different location and got what I needed quick and easily. Avoid this location if you can and deal with the folks on Blackfoot. Much friendlier and much better service all around.
