  Both times ive been in Guy never said hi or asked if i needed help with anything & i was planning on spending a few hundred on speakers . A little courteousness goes a long way . I wont be back

  Best company in the city for records new and used. Helpful staff and great selection. This location is especially good for used equipment like turntables and speakers. Be sure to check out both locations! As the other location has amazing selection on records.

  Brutal customer service. They would not take back a used record that I’ve had for less than a week. Unplayable because they’re so heavily scratched. How am I to know there are unplayable until I bring them home. After spending more than $2000 at the store and they didn’t seem to care. I will simply go to heritage music where the gentleman has no problem taking Back used records That he sold.

  Lots of help with picking out a stylus for a turntable. Took time to explain things to me. Would recommend to people to go for records and stereo gear.
