  Brought my wives earrings back to get repaired. They took them back and instead of repairing them simply gave us new ones. Awesome service!

  True Bijoux offered a beautiful selection of unique rings my fiancé had been looking for. Other ‘big box’ jewellers could not match the cozy environment or sincerity of the staff. The suggestions and expertise of the staff were spot on and made it a fun adventure for us. It was personal, accurate, and sentimental. Great store.

  We cannot say enough good things about the exceptional staff and warm customer service at True Bijoux. Amidst some design discrepancies between my partner and I, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were both happy with our purchase. The staff were diligent, attentive and unwavering in their positivity and dedication to find us exactly what we were looking for. The design/selection process was done first in store, but then due to our own circumstances, my partner and I were forced to continue the shopping via email. Throughout this process (lasting weeks) the staff were incredible. We will return.

  Lindsay and her team were absolutely fantastic in designing the most unique and detailed engagement ring. My fiancé and I decided to create a ring after we were engaged to capture our special proposal moment. Lindsay went above and beyond to source the highest quality, beyond conflict free diamonds, which was of paramount importance to us and our values. Within just 2 weeks, she was able to source Maple Leaf Diamonds, with each of the 15 melee stones coming with a laser-inscribed tracking number and certificate. I've never been more impressed, as I had spent 4 months searching for a jeweller who could guarantee me this ethical standard! Lindsay was also the sweetest and most kind in having patience during the design process. I was almost more excited to visit her than to discuss about my design! Thank you True Bijoux, we are beyond excited to come back in a few months and design both of our wedding bands with you!

  Fabulous store! We chose my wedding band here, based on its unique design; as we were commenting on how beautiful the craftsmanship was, we were invited to meet the craftsman himself! He welcomed us into his shop and took the time to show us how it was all done. This experience added to the beauty (and story) of the ring 100%! The staff here are warm, friendly, and helpful. I will definitely go back and highly recommend it for anyone looking for creative, one-of-a-kind pieces in all price ranges!
